Adele T. Jones

Adele T. Jones, 80, of Slatington passed away on Sunday December 4, 2022 in the evening surrounded by family. She was the wife of Melvin M Jones with whom she shared marriage for 50 years. She was the daughter of Thelma (Hoffman) German and Richard German. She graduated in 1959 from Northwestern Lehigh HS.
Adele was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of Slatington. In her younger years she enjoyed bookkeeping, sewing, snowmobiling and raising her two children. She also enjoyed sharing the promise found in God’s Word of perfect life on earth without sickness and death. 
Survivors – Son:  Duane Jones;  Brothers : Garrett German and Clay German; Sisters in Law : Barbara German and Bonnie German, Brother-in-Law:  Henry Distler and Sister-in-Law: Jane Distler – All of Slatington. She was predeceased by husband Melvin Jones and daughter Lynette Jones and Sister -in- Law Barbara Lalik.
