Arlene Strohl

Arlene C. Strohl, 97 of Slatington died Monday March 17, 2014 in the home of her daughter Deborah Schleicher. She was the wife of the late Kenneth C. Strohl. Born in Kunkletown, she was the daughter of the late Milton & Cora (Frantz) Gower. Arlene was a member of St. John's UCC, Slatington, and was active with Meals on Wheels and the Slatington Senior Citizens.

Survivors: Daughters; Josephine and husband Elbert George of Palmerton, Delores Reitz of Slatington, Deborah Schleicher and companion of Slatington. Sons; Richard Strohl and wife Jane of Slatington, Gerald Strohl of Broadheadsville, Kenneth Strohl and wife Sandra of Bath 20 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great Great Grandchildren. Companions; Dog "?Babes; Cat-Tigger. She was predeceased by son Clair

Services: 11AM Thursday March 20, 2014 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Slatington.
