Beverly A. Mack

Beverly A. Mack, 82, formerly of Palmerton, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Phoebe Home, Allentown.   She was the wife of Mark N. Mack, whom she married December 28, 1991.   Born in Berlinsville on July 10, 1940, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Spadt) Binder.  Beverly was an assistant manager for Kathryn’s Clothing store in Whitehall.  Prior to that, she worked for Sears.  Beverly was an avid reader and loved to dance.  Beverly was a member of St. John’s UCC, Slatington, the Walnutport VFW, American Legion Post 16, and the Slatington Moose.
In addition to her husband Mark, she will be lovingly remembered by daughters: Lori and husband Charles Kresge of Palmerton, Tami and husband Robert Kieffer of Bethlehem; son: Timothy Nicholas and wife Charlene of Lehighton; stepdaughter: Jayne Mack Schoemaker; grandchildren: Tracie and husband Ryan Saunders, Kristie Hoffman wife of the late Mathias Hoffman, Charles Kresge, Jr., Caitlyn Kresge, Malik and Maya Almasri; great-grandchildren: Ryan Saunders, II, Dylan Saunders, Nicole Saunders, Gavin and Austin Hoffman, Charles Kresge III, Savanah Kresge; 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister: Margaret Atherholt.  She was predeceased by siblings, George Binder, Ruth Hoppes, Josephine Markell.
A funeral service will held at 3PM on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street.   Family and friends may pay their respects from 1 to 3PM.  Interment to follow at Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Beverly’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St, #250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
