Bodil Rasmussen

Bodil K. Rasmussen, 86, of Catasauqua passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in her residence.    She was the wife of Hugo E. Rasmussen.   Born in Copenhagen, Denmark on March 5, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Emily Henriksen.   Bodil was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Catasauqua.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter Ann Marie and husband John Overdorf, with whom she resided; son: Robert D. Rasmussen and wife Lilly; grandchildren: Jessica Rasmussen, Dayna Rasmussen and fiancé Brandon Kirk, Danielle and husband Nate Henning, Jason Overdorf; great-grandchildren: Isabella, Carter, Emily; many nieces & nephews.
Services will be held at 1PM Saturday, January 30, 2021.  Family and friends may pay their respects from 12:15 to 12:45PM.   Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.  Contributions are suggested to Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 4th Street, Catasauqua PA 18032.
