Carol A. Remaley

Carol A. Remaley, 78, of Slatington, passed away, Monday March 27, 2023, at Cedarbrook, Allentown.
Born in Walnutport on June 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy H. and Violet A. M. (Kleintop) Rex.   Carol worked as a waitress for the former Susie’s Shady Nook restaurant and enjoyed the many friendships she made with customers over the years.   An avid bowler, she was a member of the Jets league for over 40 years at the former Slatebowl.

Carol will be lovingly remembered by her son: Craig Remaley and wife Lisa of Slatington; step grandson: Luke Kibler; brothers: Clark L. Rex and wife Ruthann of Slatington, Dale M. Rex and wife Judith of Emerald, Allen G. Rex and wife Nancy of Berlinsville, as well as many nieces & nephews.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.  No calling hours.   Arrangements are in the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.   Contributions in Carol’s name can be made payable to the Slatington Fire Department c/o the funeral home.
