Carolyn Smith

Carolyn M. “Dolly” Smith, 84, of Slatington, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in her home.  She was the wife of the late Robert E. Smith, Sr., who passed away in 2006.
Born in Palmerton on July 10, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Cuylar Beers and Lila (Dunbar) Beers Schwab.   Carolyn worked as a nurse’s aid for Cedarbrook.   She was of the Lutheran faith.
She is survived by children; Robert E. Smith and wife Susan of Slatington, Milton Smith and wife Debbie of Lehighton, Carolyn and husband Jeff Mizterd of Palmerton, Cynthia and husband William Bamford of Nesquehoning; 3 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren; sister: Constance and husband Elwood Leiberman.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
