Chase Robert Pahula (age 10) of Pine Grove (formerly Slatington) died Monday, December 31, 2013 from injuries sustained in a bicycle-automobile accident.
Born November 10th, 2002 in Allentown, he was the son of Candice Marie Stoudt of Pine Grove and Jeremy Joseph Pahula of Allentown.
Chase was an enthusiastic young man who loved to hug people and was enthralled by Star Wars, baseball hats, Kinnex and Lego's, rap music and any kind of video game. Chase endeavored to be an artist working with clay sculpture.
Survivors: In addition to the parents, brothers Corey (17) and Justin (15) Pahula; maternal grandmother Gloria E. Stoudt of Nesquehoning; great grandparents Robert and Eleanor Daniels of Germansville; and Aunt Sarah M. Hargreaves of Nesquehoning. Paternal grandmother Bonnie J. Pahula of Catasauqua; and uncles Richard A. Weber, Jr. of Harrisburg, Michael E. Weber of Emmaus, Edward P. Pahula of Catasauqua, and Chad M. Pahula of Allentown. Chase will be dearly missed by his six cousins.
Services: 11 AM Thursday January 10, 2013 Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington. Calling hour will be held 10-11AM, funeral home.. Burial will be held at the Union Cemetery, Slatington. A reception will follow for family and friends at St. John's Lutheran Church, 40 2nd Street, Slatington.
