Cula M. Andrulevich, 71, of Slatington, passed away January 19, 2013, in her residence. She was the wife of Charles Andrulevich, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary this past May. Born in Delps Northampton County, she was the daughter of the late Grant and Lillian (Derhammer) Kocher. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Church, Slatington. She was a Rural Mail Carrier for the Danielsville Post Office for 20 years before retiring. Cula was an artist and painter, belonging to the Carbon County Art League in Jim Thorpe. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, camping, reading, traveling, and animals especially her dog Trixie. Survivors: Husband, Charles; daughters, Corinne Smith, Slatington, Mary J. wife of Joseph Kavusak, Columbia, MD, Susan M. wife of Eric Hansen, Fleetwood, Laurie B. wife of Robert McFarland, Palmerton; sisters, Shirley Kuntz, Ruby wife of Eugene Eckhart, Linda Herd, Mary wife of Bill Reddinger, Debbie wife of Ty Ruch; brother, Ricky Kocher and wife Kathy; grandchildren, Tanya M. Smith, Tamara D. wife of Jason Fahringer, Michael Kavusak, Trevor Kirchner, Erin Kavusak; great-grandchildren, Christian Oliva, Deven, Mason, and Avalynn Newhart, and two on the way. She was predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Kocher. Services: 11 a.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013 in Trinity Evangelical Church, 207 S. Second St., Slatington.
