Frederick W. Sigley



Frederick W. Sigley, 77, of Slatington died Sunday April 25 at home. He was the husband of Phyllis Y. (Kistler) Sigley, they celebrated their 53 wedding anniversary last September. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Charles and Verna (Lorey) Sigley. Fred worked for Casilio Concrete Ready Mix for 27 years. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Slatington. He was also a member of Slatington Senior Citizens, American Legion Post 16, Slatington and Local 773 Teamsters, Allentown.

Survivors: Wife; Sons; Randy F. Sigley and wife Connie of Walnutport, David M. Sigley and wife Christine of Slatington, and Fred S. Sigley and wife Stephanie of Slatington. Grandchildren; Derek and wife Amanda, Breann, Kristen, Adam, Kayla, and Alex. 2 Great Grandchildren, Sister; Linda and husband David Zellner of Egypt.

Services: Will be held 11 AM Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Harding Funeral Home 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington. Calling, 7-8:30 PM Wednesday April 28, 2010 at the funeral home.
