Helen A Kresge

Helen A. Kresge, 98, formerly of Walnutport, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at The Palmerton. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Kresge, Sr, who passed away in 2001. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Harry H. and Ada Mae (Stone) Heffelfinger. Helen worked as a cutter for Paris Neckware, Walnutport. She was a member of Christ UCC, Walnutport. 

She will be lovingly remembered by her son: Robert A. Kresge. Jr., and his companion Leann Green of Walnutport; daughters: Linda and husband Lee Andreas of Emmaus; Darlene and husband Joel Seip of DE; 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother: Franklin Heffelfinger; sisters: Anna Gehret, Edith Spadt. She was predeceased by siblings, Harry Heffelfinger Jr., Catherine Tretiak, Lillian Smith

A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. 2nd Street, Slatington. Family and friends may pay their respects from 10 to 11AM. Burial to follow at Danielsville Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Helen’s name are suggested to Christ UCC, PO Box P, Walnutport PA 18088.
