Marguerite Haydt

Marguerite J. Haydt, 90 of Slatington died Saturday May 4, 2013 in Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of the late Willard E. Haydt. Born in Slatington, she was the daughter of the late Solomon G. and Agnes (Ringer) Pritchard. Marguerite worked as a sewing machine operator for the former Janie's manufacturing. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, where she participated with the Jubilees and was past treasurer. Marguerite was also a member of the Walnutport Senior Citizens.



Survivors: Daughters; Judith wife of Richard Muthard of Northampton, Joan wife of Randy Smith of Walnutport. Sons; Christy Haydt and wife Vicki of Walnutport, Kerry Haydt and wife Melissa of Walnutport, and James Haydt and wife Bonnie of Slatington. 10 Grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings.



Services: 11AM Thursday May 9 2013 St. John's Lutheran Church, 40 S. 2nd St, Slatington. Calling hour 10-11Am at the church. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Slatington. Arrangements are being handled by the Harding Funeral Home, Inc. Slatington PA.
