Maureen A. Kotulich



Maureen A. Kotulich, 40, of Slatington, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, died September 29, 2012 in St. Luke's Hospice House in Bethlehem, PA. She was the wife of Mark J. Kotulich. Born in Summit, NJ, she was the daughter of the late James and Maureen (Connelly) Mitchell. She was an occupational therapist at Somerset Valley Rehab in Bound Brook, NJ. She had previously worked for the Weston Group throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Survivors: Husband, daughter, Natalie E., Aunt, Patricia Filipowicz and numerous cousins. In her final days, Maureen was surrounded by her family and friends.

Services: A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, October 26, at 1:30pm at St. Nicholas RC Church, 1152 oak Rd, Walnutport, PA with interment to follow.
