Nicole Zambo

Nicole L. “Nikki” Zambo, 44, of Slatedale, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, in her home.  Born in Allentown on April 15, 1977, she was the daughter of Douglas J. and his wife Laurie L. Mankos of Slatington and the late Sheila M. (Eckhart) Gossman.  She was a graduate of Northern Lehigh High School, Class of 1995.  Following her graduation, she obtained her cosmetology license and later, went back to school and received an associate’s degree and became a paralegal. She has been working for Plunkett & Graver PC in Allentown for almost 20 years. Nikki loved being surrounded by family and has always been very close with her cousins. Her son’s meant the world to her, and she treasured every moment with them and has always been involved in their lives and sports activities. She had an outgoing personality and made a lot of friends throughout her life. Shen will be missed immensely.
Nikki is survived by her sons, Evan and Ryan Zambo, and their father Michael Zambo; father: Douglas J. Mankos and wife Laurie; Sister: Jaime and husband Josh Elias, all of Slatington.
A memorial service will be held at 2PM on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Street, Slatington.   Family and friends may pay their respects from 12 to 2PM.   Contributions In Nikki’s name can be made to the American Cancer Society.
