Patricia A. Horvath, 44, of Danielsville, passed away May 2, 2009, as a result of a motorcycle accident. Patti was the wife of Domonick J. Horvath. They celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary this past July. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late George I. Reichart and Patricia K. (Ott) Owens and stepfather, Thomas Owens, of Slatington. Patti was currently employed at Hill Street Child Care in Walnutport for the last five years. Prior to that she worked at the former Young Ideas Day Care in Slatington for 18 years. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Walnutport, where she taught CCD classes. She was active in Lehigh Township Fire Co., Northampton School District PTA and helped organize activities for the Demo Jr. bowling league. Survivors: Husband; mother; stepfather; sons, Sean T. Reichart, Domonick M. Horvath; daughter, Jamie L. Horvath, all of Danielsville; brother, George I. Reichart IV and fiance, Heather, of Legoniers, Pa.; sister, Debra A. and husband, John C. Eckhardt, of Southampton; niece and nephews, Jack, Debbie, Danny, Tommy, Georgie, Nate, Tyler, Andrew and Joshua. Services: 1 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2009, in St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 1152 Oak Road, Walnutport. Visitation with the family, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the church. Arrangements by Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second Street, Slatington. Contributions: The family requests no flowers. Donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northeastern PA Chapter c/o the funeral home.
