Ralph H. Dietrich

Ralph H. Dietrich, 95, of Walnutport, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. He was the husband of the late Rita A. (Lazun) Dietrich. Born in Allentown on June 11, 1929, he was the last surviving child of seven children born to the late Raymond & Flossie (Stoudt) Dietrich. For 35 years, Ralph worked as a Fire Fighter for the city of Allentown and was the driver / operator of the 100-foot ladder truck. He also worked for the City Department of Streets under Mayor Daddona. In his later years, Ralph was a security guard for PNC Bank. 

He will be lovingly remembered by a daughter: Beth Ann Dietrich, with whom he resided; sons: Christopher A. and Matthew E. Dietrich; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
