Randy L. Frable, Jr.

Randy L. Frable, Jr., 41, of Palmerton, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023.    He was the fiancé of Raven N. Hanshaw.  Born in Palmerton on November 5, 1981, he was the son of Karen A. (Rinker) Gruber of Palmerton and the late Randy L. Frable, Sr.   Randy was a graduate of Carbon County Vo-Tech.   A talented artist, Randy was a tattoo artist at various tattoo parlors.    He was involved with Sweet Translucent Dreams Rocky Horror Picture cast and designed many of their props.   Known for his dark sense of humor, Randy had a heart of gold, and would help anyone in need.

In addition to his mother and fiancé, he will be lovingly remembered by a brother: Christopher Frable and companion Melissa Dechert of Emmaus; aunt: Sherry Ramer; mother-in-law: Wilma Hanshaw; brothers-in-law: Ric Hanshaw and wife Lindsey, Josh Hanshaw; nieces: Krysten, Melody, Abigail.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Union Cemetery, PA Rte 873, Slatington.  No calling hours.  Arrangements are under the care of Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
