Sabina Nierer

Sabina J. Nierer, 88, of Slatington passed away October 23, 2013 in her home. She was the widow of the late Edward F. Nierer Born in Slatington, she was the daughter of the late Owen J. & Eva S. (Belleman) Williams. Sabina worked as a sewing machine operator at Terry's MFG. for many years.

Survivors: Daughter Carol M. & husband Franklin Lichtenwalner of Slatington, son, Edward & wife Dorothy Nierer of Walnutport, son, Alex & wife Linda Nierer of Slatington, twelve grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Sabina was predeceased by her son, John E. Nierer in 1970 in Vietnam and a sister, Eva Kozman.

Services: Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 11:00 am in Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. 2nd St., Slatington. Calling hour 10-11:00am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Slatington.
